Estimated Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: Next Day Delivery
• Europe: 1-3 business days
• USA & Canada: 2-4 business days
• Hong Kong & Macau: 3-5 business days
• Mainland China: 5-10 business days (subject to customs)
• Rest of World: 3-7 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control, though we do our best to minimize them with proper documentation.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

We have extensive experience shipping to various regions:
Hong Kong: Typically a tax-free port for most luxury goods.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured against theft, loss, and damage during transit. A signature is required upon delivery for all packages.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
• The item must be returned within 14 days.
• The security tag must remain attached and intact.
• The item must be in the exact same condition as when it was shipped.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method less shipping and insurance costs, once the item has been inspected and approved by our team.
